Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. You do not need to provide a reason.

To qualify, you must contact us within the 14-day period and return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

How to Start a Return

Email post@durumcore.com to request a return and receive return instructions. Please include your order number.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. Do not return an item before receiving instructions from us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been opened

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable federal or state law.

For the U.S. market, the 14-day period is Durumcore’s own return policy—not a general federal right of withdrawal. Display or link the policy clearly before checkout, since disclosure requirements vary by state.
